Terms & conditions

1. Who we are

These terms apply to purchases on tuliplamp.com from Ridas Barkovskis, sole trader (individuali veikla), Lithuania, certificate no. 1219637, Žėručio g. 8-5, LT-04113 Vilnius, Lithuania, email info@tuliplamp.com. Full details are in the Legal notice.

2. Who can buy

We sell to consumers with a delivery address in a European Union country.

3. The product

The Tulip Lamp is a DIY kit: you assemble it yourself, an evening DIY project. Photos show the assembled lamp. Colours on screen can differ slightly from the real product.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are in euros and are final prices. Shipping within the EU is free. The seller is not registered for VAT. The 2-lamp and 3-lamp bundle prices apply when you buy 2 or 3 lamps in one order. Accepted payment methods are shown at checkout.

5. How the contract is made

When you click “Order with obligation to pay” at checkout, you send a binding order. We confirm receipt by email. The contract is concluded when we send that order confirmation. We store your order and send its details to you by email; the contract language is English.

6. Delivery

We ship with tracking to EU countries. Estimated delivery: Germany and the Netherlands 5 to 10 business days, rest of the EU 7 to 15 business days after payment. See Shipping.

7. Right of withdrawal

You may withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason. You can withdraw online with the Withdraw from contract form (link at the bottom of every page). Details and the model withdrawal form are on the Returns & withdrawal page.

8. Legal guarantee

You have the statutory legal guarantee for goods that do not conform to the contract, for at least 2 years from delivery. If something is faulty or missing from the kit, email us with a photo and we will send a replacement part, replace the lamp or refund you.

9. Liability

Please follow the assembly and safety instructions supplied with the kit. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under the law of your country of residence.

10. Complaints and disputes

Please contact us first at info@tuliplamp.com; we reply within 2 business days. Consumers may also turn to the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority of Lithuania (vvtat.lt) for out-of-court dispute resolution, or to the courts. Lithuanian law applies, without removing the protection you have under the mandatory consumer law of your country.
