Who is responsible for your data
The data controller is Ridas Barkovskis, sole trader (individuali veikla), Lithuania, certificate no. 1219637, Žėručio g. 8-5, LT-04113 Vilnius, Lithuania, email info@tuliplamp.com. Full details are in the Legal notice.
What we collect and why
- Order data (name, delivery address, email, phone, what you bought, payment status): to process and deliver your order and to send order emails. Legal basis: performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Accounting records (invoices, payments): kept because the law requires it. Legal basis: legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
- Messages you send us: to answer you. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Technical data (IP address, browser, pages visited) in server logs: to keep the shop secure and working. Legal basis: legitimate interest.
- Statistics, only if you allow “Statistics” in the cookie banner: Microsoft Clarity records how visitors use our pages (clicks, taps, scrolling, pages viewed, device and browser type, approximate location from the IP address) as heatmaps and session recordings, so we can see what is unclear or broken. What you type into the checkout form (email, name, address, phone) and your order details are masked and are not recorded. With the same consent, WooCommerce saves with your order which website, ad or campaign brought you to the shop. Legal basis: consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, Art. 5(3) ePrivacy Directive).
- Marketing, only if you allow “Marketing” in the cookie banner: the Meta Pixel tells Meta (Facebook, Instagram) that your browser viewed the product, added it to the cart, started the checkout or placed an order (with product ID, order value and currency), so we can measure and improve our ads. If you are logged in to Facebook or Instagram, Meta can link this to your account. Legal basis: consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, Art. 5(3) ePrivacy Directive).
- Checkout reminder emails, only if you tick “Email me a reminder if I don’t finish my order” at checkout. We then save your email address, first name, country, the contents of your cart, the time you ticked the box and its exact wording. If you do not finish the order, we send at most 3 reminders about that order only (about 1 hour, 1 day and 3 days later), with no newsletters or other offers. They stop as soon as you place the order or click “Stop reminders” in any of the emails. Unticking the box before you order deletes what was saved. Legal basis: consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
Who receives your data
We share only what each partner needs to do its job:
- Our fulfilment partner, which packs and ships your order: CJdropshipping, China
- Shipping carriers that deliver your parcel and send tracking updates: postal and courier companies chosen per shipment for your country; the carrier is named in your tracking email
- Payment provider: Stripe Payments Europe Ltd., Ireland
- Website hosting: Hostinger International Ltd., Cyprus (servers in Germany)
- Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd., Ireland (Microsoft Clarity), only if you allow Statistics. Microsoft also uses some of this data for its own purposes as a separate controller: Microsoft Privacy Statement
- Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd., Ireland (Meta Pixel), only if you allow Marketing. We and Meta are joint controllers for collecting and sending the pixel data to Meta; Meta alone is responsible for what it does with it afterwards: Meta Privacy Policy
- Email delivery (order emails and checkout reminders): sent through the mail server of Hostinger International Ltd., Cyprus
If a partner processes data outside the EU/EEA, we rely on an EU adequacy decision or the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. [Confirm per partner before launch]
How long we keep it
Order and accounting records: as long as tax and accounting law requires (10 years in Lithuania). Other order data: up to 3 years after delivery for warranty and claims. Messages: up to 1 year after the conversation ends. Checkout reminder data: deleted automatically 30 days after you ticked the box; if you click “Stop reminders”, your email address and cart are deleted at once. Your cookie choice: 6 months, then we ask again. Microsoft Clarity keeps session recordings for 30 days and statistics for up to 13 months. Meta keeps pixel data according to its own policy.
