Free tracked shipping across the EU
Every order ships free of charge with a tracking number to all 27 EU countries.

The estimated delivery date for your country is shown on the product page and at checkout. It includes processing time and skips weekends. Our partner warehouse packs and ships your order within about 3 business days (it can take a little longer in the busy weeks before Christmas).
Tracking
When your order ships, you get an email with the tracking number. Tracking can take a day or two to show the first update.
Customs and extra fees

Parcel late or damaged?
If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated time, or arrives damaged, email us at info@kodexa.lt with your order number. We will sort it out.
